Vin Diesel Is Selling His Home of 16 Years
He’s moving on! After 16 long years, Vin Diesel is selling off his humble abode located up in the Hollywood Hills for $1.395 million.
The actor has re-listed the two-bedroom, three-bathroom home after a failed attempt to sell the property in 2013, according to Trulia. Diesel, who’s been starring in the Fast and the Furious franchise for more than a decade, purchased the house way back in 2000 for just $562,500.
Built in 1957, the mid-century residence is hidden behind a gated courtyard surrounded by greenery. Though the pad hasn’t seen many renovations since its construction, it does boast unique features such as beamed ceilings, French doors and Mexican tiled floors. (And is that a bidet we spy in the master suite bathroom?!)
Outside, there sits an open swimming pool and adjoining spa — this is California, after all — with a trellised patio perfect for entertaining.
Diesel is said to have been renting the place out for the past few years, as he continues to eye more expensive pads for himself.
