Kendall Jenner Granted Five-Year Restraining Order Against Her Stalker

Kendall Jenner has been granted a permanent restraining order against Shavaughn McKenzie, a man who followed the model into her gated Hollywood Hills property in August.

On Thursday (Oct. 13, 2016), Jenner took the stand in a Los Angeles courtroom to recount how McKenzie snuck onto her property this summer. According to the 20-year-old, she found McKenzie sitting in front of her driveway on Aug. 14 as she was arriving home in her car. After driving around him, Jenner watched the gate close behind her, not thinking anyone was tailing her inside — until she saw McKenzie in her driver’s side mirror.

McKenzie allegedly started banging on her car window after she had asked him to leave.

“I’ve never been so scared in my life,” Jenner testified, according to TMZ. She added that she had previously seen McKenzie following her.

After hearing her testimony, a judge ruled that McKenzie, who faces one count of misdemeanor stalking and trespassing, must stay 100 yards away from Jenner, her home, her car and her workplace for the next five years.

McKenzie will appear in criminal court this week to face a trial for his stalking charge.
