Dianna Agron’s $20,500 Wedding Gown Is Anything But Traditional
Proving that you don’t have to wear white on your wedding day, Dianna Agron opted to get hitched in a Valentino dress taken straight from the runway.
For her Moroccan destination wedding with Mumford & Sons member Winston Marshall this weekend, the Glee alum wore a gorgeous gown made of nude chiffon and detailed embellishments. The frock, which costs $20,500, first made it first debut at Paris Fashion Week last March during the Valentino Autumn/Winter 2016 collection.
Instead of a veil, the actress accessorized with a crown of silver stars intwined with her braided up-do.
While Agron didn’t actually wear white to the outdoor ceremony, she did don on a cream-colored number from Gucci for one of the parties during the three-day celebration. While many of the wedding photos shared by friends have since been removed presumably per the notoriously private couple’s request, the several that remain showed Agron laughing with gal pals in a peacock-embroidered dress and matching white turban.
Agron and Marshall held their lavish nuptials at Beldi Country Club in Morocco. Riding in on top of camels, the couple exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony surrounded by friends and family, including Vogue editor Selby Drummond and Carey Mulligan, who is currently married to Marshall’s bandmate, Marcus Mumford.
Agron and Winston started dating in 2015 and got engaged over the holidays. While Agron never confirmed the news, she did show off her diamond engagement ring while attending an Erdem runway show during Paris Fashion Week this February.
