Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale Are Selling Their $35 Million Mansion
Here lies Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s former marital home. Six months after finalizing their highly publicized divorce, the couple, who parted ways in 2015 after 13 years of marriage, are moving on by listing the mega-mansion they once occupied as a family.
Standing at a whopping 11,845 square feet, the sprawling manor is currently up for sale for $35 million, according to Variety. The hilltop house, which Stefani and Rossdale bought in August 2006 for a cool $13.25 million, sits on a mountain ridge between Beverly Hills and Studio City.
Boasting seven bedroom and 10 bathrooms, the lavish abode is decorated with high-end fixtures and furniture, including marble flooring in the foyer, white serpentine leather sofas in the family room, a black marble fireplace in the living room, black-and-white striped walls and cabinets in the kitchen and hot pink chairs on the patio. Basically, the place has Stefani’s funky personality written all over it.
Aside from the eccentric decor by Kelly Weastler, the swanky pad also includes a massive master suite with two large baths and walk-in closets, six other oversized bedroom each with its own ensuite, executive and house manager offices, a state-of-the-art home theater and a professional gym with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Outside sits an infinity edge swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven, a lighted tennis court, a chicken coop and a children’s playground where sons Kingston, Zuma and Apollo played. The expansive property also features a separate guesthouse and views overlooking the city skyline.
As previously reported, the parents-of-three, who didn’t sign a prenup, will split the money of the sale of this home. Stefani is keeping their other properties in Los Angeles, while Rossdale gets sole ownership of their four European homes.
