Bartender Naren Young, who creates his concoctions at Caffe Dante in New York City, has a twist on the typical Negroni. He swaps out gin for single-malt Scotch and sweetens the build with lavender honey.

1.5 oz Glen Grant Scotch Whisky
1 oz Cinzano Extra Dry
1 barspoon Lavender Honey
1 dash Lavender Bitters
