Victim in Jared Fogle’s Alleged Hidden Camera Case Drops Suit
A young girl from Indiana involved in Jared Fogle’s sex tape scandal is dropping her lawsuit against the former Subway spokesperson, who is now serving a 15-year sentence for conspiring to receive child pornography and traveling to have sex with a minor.
The Indianapolis Star reports:
The family of Jane Doe — one of several children captured on camera while under the care of [Russell] Taylor and his wife, Angela — filed documents Thursday to dismiss the suit with prejudice, meaning it cannot be brought back to court.
The suit had claimed the Taylors were responsible for the children in their home and did not protect those children, by allowing them to be filmed while nude and knowing that those images were going to be shared. The suit also claimed Fogle knew about the hidden cameras and did nothing to protect the children from being filmed.
