In an Epic Rant, Kanye West Says Jay Z Hasn't Called Him Since Kim's Gunpoint Robbery
It's been a while since Kanye West has gone on one of his legendary rants.

Twenty years after dropping his debut album Reasonable Doubt, Jay Z is about to make history.

Billboard reports that the rapper is among a group of legendary nominees for the 2017 Songwriters Hall of Fame and, if inducted, he’ll be the first rapper to enter the prestigious music organization. The organization announced the nominees yesterday (Oct. 20, 2016) which include, George Michael, Madonna, Bryan Adams, Vince Gill, Babyface, Max Martin, Kool & the Gang.

Of the nominees, five songwriters or songwriting groups will be officially inducted into the hall of fame at a gala in NYC in June of next year.

While Jay Z and Madonna were undoubtedly delighted to hear the news, friend and fan Nicki Minaj couldn’t contain her excitement and took to Instagram to congratulate them on the legendary news.
