Judge Seals Photo of DJ Groping Taylor Swift, as Requested by Swift

The photo of a DJ allegedly groping Taylor Swift in 2013 will be kept concealed from the public until the case goes to trial, as the singer requested.

In fear that the photo would “be shared for scandalous and prurient interests” and taint the prospective jury for the trial, Swift filed a motion to keep her supporting evidence under wraps. The judge granted this request, ruling that “the widespread dissemination of this image might significantly complicate jury selection,” according to TMZ. Swift also requested for other documents from the case to be kept private as well, but the judge denied this motion, claiming that it’s “entirely ordinary and mundane.”

The DJ, David Mueller, sued Swift in Denver in 2015, saying that her security team falsely accused him of grabbing her butt backstage at the Pepsi Center in June of 2013. Though he denied this inappropriate contact, he was fired from his job at KYGO radio two days after he was accused of the act.

Away from the drama, Swift reportedly visited Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds last weekend in Pound Ridge, N.Y. to spend time with their second daughter, who was born just last month. E! News reports that Swift also visited Lively in the hospital shortly after she gave birth. What a pal.
