Kim Kardashian will take legal action against the Huffington Post if they don’t apologize for calling her robbery fake.

The reality star’s lawyers fired back at a writer who insinuated that her robbery was just “a publicity stunt.” According to TMZ, “the letter demands Sharika Soal — a contributor to The Huffington Post — publish a retraction and an apology.”

Here’s what else the letter read:

The robbery was not a hoax nor publicity stunt. For you to attempt to twist those horrible and traumatic events of the Paris robbery into a narrative concerning a publicity stunt and purported felony conduct by my client is not only perverse and highly offensive to my client (and to any reasonable person), but actionable.

This isn’t the first time she’s threatened an online publication for publishing false stories. Earlier this month, she sued MediaTakeOut for reporting that her robbery was staged.

Meanwhile, sources recently revealed that Kardashian “has no plans to return to work” and will no longer leave her home without a bodyguard.
