Nate Parker Was Also Accused of Indecent Exposure
Nate Parker’s past resurfaced once again after it was discovered he was accused of exposing himself in college.
While investigators were looking into whether or not Penn State University officials handled the allegations of sexual misconduct against the Birth of a Nation director properly, they uncovered something else about him.
According to the New York Times, within weeks of returning to the team (after being accused of raping a fellow student), another female student said that Parker exposed himself to her. She said that she was giving him a back treatment when Parker turned around and said he wanted to show her something. He then allegedly showed her the top half of his penis.
In a statement to the Times, Parker’s lawyers say, “This is the first Mr. Parker has ever heard of this. He recognizes the seriousness of the issue, but this claim is completely untrue.”
Things are definitely not looking up for the filmmaker, who refuses to apologize for his past because he feels as though he was wrongly accused.
