In a recent video shared on her app, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, who was spotted rocking a Views hoodie at the Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday (Nov. 2, 2016), revealed how she tones her body. Enlisting the help of personal trainer Don-a-Matrix, Kardashian’s calories-burning routine involved working out with a resistance band with a partner.

With each person holding one end of the resistance band, Kardashian recommended doing sets of reverse lunges and and scissor jumps to work out your tricep muscles. According to her, these full body workouts could “burn up to 250 calories in three sets.”
