Jared Leto Is Selling His $1.999 Million Hollywood Hills Home
Want to live like a rockstar and an Oscar winner? Well, now you can.
For a cool $1.999 million, you can now own Jared Leto’s Los Angeles home. The Suicide Squad star has placed his four-bedroom, three-bathroom bachelor pad on the market after 10 years of ownership, reports Variety.
Sitting high above the Hollywood Hills, the two-story residence stands at 4,021-square-feet and boasts two master suites with a massive closet and a slate-tiled bathroom with its own double vanity. The property also features a spacious living room with a minimalist fireplace, an oversized family room with its own wet bar, and an in-home recording studio.
Outside, lush tropical landscaping surrounds an in-ground pool with an adjoining spa. Enclosed by greenery, the backyard has a built-in fire pit and a grilling station perfect for outdoor entertaining. A detached two-car garage with its own rooftop terrace is also on site.
However, this place is probably nothing compared to the Laurel Canyon estate Leto bought in January 2015. According to Trulia, the expansive lot used to be a military compound that the actor has transformed into his personal hideaway complete with eight bedrooms, a dozen bathrooms, several kitchens, multiple galleries, a spiral staircase, and a lagoon pool.
