Kanye West Abruptly Ends Concert Early After Losing Voice, ‘I’ll Do Better Next Time’
Last night (Nov. 3, 2016), Kanye West made the decision to end his Inglewood concert early after losing his voice mid-show.
About half way through his setlist, West stopped the music, requested the lights in the venue be turned on and told the audience, which was filled with stars like Usher, Ellen DeGeneres, Kate Hudson, Kelly Rowland and more, he couldn’t continue. “I’m sorry. I can’t let y’all have a show where I can’t perform for you,” he told the crowd. “I’ll give everyone a refund. I’ll do better next time.”
“I’m very sorry. I love you,” he continued. “I promise you I’ll do better next time.”

The crowd promptly began booing West, as he rode out of the venue on his signature suspended stage.
