Eric Trump Pulls a Justin Timberlake, Posts Illegal Photo of Ballot on Twitter
Today is the day everyone has been waiting for: after a torturous election season, Americans will finally choose the next President of the United States.
No matter what the outcome, today marks the end of a historic election; but, ultimately, someone is going to end up the loser. Unfortunately for Donald Trump, it looks like he’s already gotten off to a pretty shaky start.
Donald, along with his wife Melania and kids Ivanka, Donald Jr., Eric, and Tiffany, headed to a polling place this morning on the Upper East Side to vote as a family. What should have been a controversy-free morning quickly took a turn when Donald was photographed making sure Melania actually voted while Eric was busy committing a crime.

Unlike the rest of us, Eric learned nothing last week when Justin Timberlake got into a heap of trouble for posting a selfie while voting early and posted a photo of his filled-out ballot before casting his vote. In the now-deleted Tweet, Eric said he was honored to have the chance to vote for his father.

Taking a photo in a voting booth is illegal in the state of New York, and Eric could face a misdemeanor charge and up to a $1,000 fine.
