Lady Gaga, Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen Join Hillary Clinton on Final Day of Her Campaign

We’re in the homestretch!

Yesterday (Nov. 7, 2016) was the last official day of the 2016 campaign trail and Hillary Clinton made sure to make good use of every hour she had left, rallying from sun up to sun down, and was joined by some of her favorite celebrity friends joined her along the way.

Lady Gaga and Jon Bon Jovi teamed up to join Hillary, along with Bill and Chelsea Clinton at a midnight rally in North Carolina. The singers performed a duet of Bon Jovi’s “Living on a Prayer” and both gave passionate speeches in support of their candidate.

“I can promise you that she will protect us not just from the outside but on the inside as well,” Gaga told the crowd. “Why don’t you put your voting shades on, practice your walk to the polls, and go out and vote for Hillary Clinton. I think it’s time to come to Mama.”

Bon Jovi later joined Hillary, Bill, Huma Abedin, and other passengers aboard her airplane to perform the Mannequin Challenge on Election Day in a final viral push to encourage her supporters.

The midnight rally marked Bon Jovi’s second stop with the presidential candidate, who began the day at a rally in Philadelphia alongside Bruce Springsteen. Springsteen performed an entire set of his greatest hits and explained to the crowd why he planned to vote for Hillary this election. “She sees an America that needs to be fairer where our highest courts look to protect the rights of all of our citizens, and not just the privileged,” he told the audience. “She sees an America where the issue of immigration reform is dealt with realistically and compassionately.”
