Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber’s $60 Million Mansion Is Nicer Than All of Our Homes Combined

10 Things You Don't Know About Cindy Crawford's Daughter, Kaia Gerber
Meet Kaia Gerber, the fashion industry's next big deal.

Cindy Crawford and her husband, businessman Rande Gerber, are bidding farewell to their Malibu mansion only after a year of ownership.

The longtime couple bought their four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath seaside residence in Malibu, Calif. for a whopping $60 million, according to Variety. Crawford and Gerber, who bought the palatial pad for only $50.5 million in 2015, are reportedly attempting to flip the beach house for a quick buck.

As with any A-Lister-owned home, the property’s listing will give you a serious case of real estate FOMO.

Sitting at 5,254 square feet on over three acres of oceanfront land, the two-story abode has been renovated for luxury living. With beautifully designed architecture like a wooden spiral staircase and floor-to-ceiling sliding windows, the home boasts a large living space with panoramic view of the ocean, a dining area, a media room, a library nook, a gourmet island kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a spacious master suite with its own fireplace, dual dressing closets and bathrooms.

Outside sits a swimming pool and a tennis court surrounded by well manicured landscape. There’s also an open-air pavilion and a wrap-around deck complete with a fire pit and plenty of sitting room. (Because you’ll definitely want to invite people over to see this place.)
