Gigi Hadid and Her Secret Music Career Lead Today’s Star Sightings

Who knew Gigi Hadid was so musically gifted? Though she may be known as fashion’s hottest It-Girl these days, the model actually tried her hand at singing prior to becoming a runway staple.

While Hadid was spotted strutting her stuff at a photo shoot on Thursday (nov. 17, 2016), a series of resurfaced tweets between the 21-year-old and Josh Groban revealed that she appeared on the singer’s 2007 Christmas album. According to the record’s credits, Hadid did background vocals for “I’ll Be Home For Christmas” and “Little Drummer Boy” from Groban’s Noel, which then-stepfather David Foster produced.

Recently, Hadid admitted that she prefers listening to classical musicians — like Groban! — than whatever on the Hot 100 charts.

“My stepdad was a classical music producer — Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban, that was the music I was into,” she said during her latest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show.

Clearly, her stepdad has impacted her taste in music in more ways that one! See if you can hear Gigi’s voice — below.
