Celebrities Show Kanye West Support Following His Hospitalization
Celebrities showed their support for Kanye West after he was hospitalized on Monday (Nov. 21, 2016).
Shortly after the rapper canceled the remaining U.S. dates on his Saint Pablo Tour, news broke out that West had been taken to UCLA Medical Center due to exhaustion. Except for Kris Jenner, his family has yet to publicly address his hospitalization. However, Kim Kardashian missed the Angel Ball to be by his side.
Now, a number of Hollywood stars have voiced their support for West.
Meanwhile, West got candid on politics, creativity, and more in a rare interview with Surface Magazine. The rapper opened about how he handles his business and although most people this he’s an a–hole, he’s not willing to compromise his art.
“I think business has to be stupider,” he said. “I want to do really straightforward, stupid business — just talk to me like a 4-year-old. And I refuse to negotiate. I do not negotiate. I can collaborate. But I’m an artist, so as soon as you negotiate, you’re being compromised.”
As for what he thinks the future will hold, he had some wild thoughts.
“I don’t think people are going to talk in the future,” he said. “They’re going to communicate through eye contact, body language, emojis, signs. Imagine that. If everyone was forced to learn sign language. I would prefer to do that without having to use words. It’s funny because I’ve made a living off of words, but words get in the way of what you really want to say.”
