Mariah Carey Only Eats These Two Foods to Stay in Shape
Carey sat down with E! to talk about her new reality show Mariah’s World and dished on the super-strict diet that she sticks to, which keeps her in tip-top shape. “It’s really hard. My diet, you would hate it,” the singer confessed. “All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That’s it.”
So it’s salmon and capers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — all day, every day.
“I’m actually serious,” she insisted before adding that while she sometimes strays from salmon, she never strays too far, “I try to stick with the proteins. It’s the worst.”
