Tyga Sued Once Again for Failing to Keep Up with His Ferrari Payments
In legal documents obtained by E! News, the rapper is being sued for failing to keep up with lease payments on his red 2016 Ferrari 488. Alex Benedict filed the lawsuit earlier this month claiming that he made an agreement with Tyga in May, but the “Rack City” hitmaker still has yet to pay.
Benedict had the Ferrari repossessed in August after Tyga missed several of the car’s lease payments. Then, in November, the Ferrari was repossessed for a second time after he broke the agreement that allowed him to use the car until October 9th.
Now, Benedict wants to sue Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend for at least $150,000 in damages, as well as attorney fees and punitive damages.
We’re starting to think the Ferrari is not worth all this trouble.
