Are Your Early-2000s Dreams Coming True with This Hint at a Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera Collaboration?

New evidence shows that the tide of Britney Spears’ and Christina Aguilera’s relationship as artists might be turning in favor of the dreams that we once pushed aside — at least for one song, anyway.

A screenshot from music licensing website APRA (Australasian Performing Right Association) shows that “Do You Wanna Come Over?” from Spears’ latest album Glory has been registered with Spears, Aguilera and La Bouche as its performers.

This registration does not necessarily mean that the artists will collaborate, and the rumor has not yet been confirmed or denied. However, after Spears’ collaboration with Tinashe on “Slumber Party,” anything is possible.
