Our thoughts are with the people of Oakland.

Chelsea Handler and Lena Dunham are doing their part to make sure the people affected by the horrific Oakland warehouse fire get the help they need.

TMZ reports Handler donated $5,000 to an online relief fundraising money for the victim’s families and survivors of the fire. The talk show host shared the fundraising information on her Twitter feed and urged her followers to donate.

Dunham followed suit, donating $500 of her own to the same fund.

The fund has raised more than $550,000 of their $750,000 goal as of Friday (Dec. 9, 2016).
