It’s that time of year again when we all resolve to hit the gym and eat clean after gorging on every kind of food that the holiday season has to offer. Teigen, supermodel and hashbrown spokesperson of the stars, created the fitness routine that will seamlessly transition you (not that Seamless!) out of your leftovers and into an image of health and strength.
Start by reaching for your wine. That’s it! Great form.
Get into the push-up position and place a basket of french fries beneath your face. Yes! You got it. Don’t forget the hot sauce!
Throw in a hot dog, or a veggie dog if you’re a vegetarian. You decide on your level of difficulty.
