The family wants Rob Kardashian to take care of his health following his diabetes diagnosis.

UPDATE: Kardashian was released from the West Hills Medical Center on Thursday morning.

Rob Kardashian was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday night (Dec. 28, 2016) for medical complications.

The new dad was admitted to an emergency room in Hidden Hills, Calif., around 9:45 p.m., according to TMZ. Kris Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble were the first to arrive to the hospital. Kardashian’s fiancée, Blac Chyna, who is currently not living with the reality star, came separately.

Sources told the publication that the 29-year-old went into a “medical distress” and checked in for “health problems” stemming from his struggles with diabetes. Family insiders claimed Kardashian had been eating excessively again and gaining weight at an alarming rate after Chyna moved out of the house with their newborn daughter, Dream, following an explosive fight.

Last December, Kardashian was hospitalized and diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. He revealed that he was in remission and no longer had to take his medication this August.
