Stacey Dash and Fox News Are No Longer an Item

Stacey Dash and Fox News have gone their separate ways, but one of them is still holding on.

Since joining the network as a pundit in 2014, Dash was briefly suspended in 2015 for swearing during an on-air rant about then-President Barack Obama. Last year, she described the battle for transgender bathroom rights as “tyranny by the minority” and suggested that there shouldn’t be a Black History Month because there isn’t a White History Month. Her run as a public conservative has now come to an end as Fox News reveals to The Hollywood Reporter that they decided to not renew her contract last fall. This explains why she hasn’t been on-screen since last September. Still, her Twitter bio claims that she is a Fox News Contributor. Oh, honey.

The Trump supporter has yet to address her separation from the network. Instead, her Twitter timeline is populated with articles shared from Patheos, the “premier online destination to engage in the global dialogue about religion and spirituality,” which self-describes as a place “to read commentary on current events from a wide range of viewpoints.”
