Kellyanne Conway Allegedly Punched a Man at the Inaugural Ball
An onlooker at the invite-only gala told New York Daily News that Conway, who was Trump’s campaign manager during the election and will be joining the White House administration as the president’s counselor, attacked a male attendee when the man got into a scuffle with another guest. The eyewitness claimed Conway “punched one of them in the face with closed fists at least three times.”
Fox Business correspondent Charlie Gasparino also gave his account on the alleged incident, writing on his Facebook, “Inside the ball we see a fight between two guys in tuxes and then suddenly out of nowhere came Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway who began throwing some mean punches at one of the guys. Whole thing lasted a few mins no one was hurt except maybe the dude she smacked.”
“Now I know why Trump hired her,” he added.
The reason for the brawl — and why Conway chose to get involved — remains unclear.
