Kourtney Kardashian’s Dairy-Free Diet Leads Today’s Star Sightings
There’s nothing cheesy about Kourtney Kardashian’s diet!
The mom-of-three, who was spotted taking her kids to church on Sunday (Apr. 9, 2017), recently wrote on her app that her entire family has gone dairy-free. In fact, she’s banned all dairy products in her home, getting rid of all milk, cheeses and creams from her fridge.
“Since my household is dairy-free, we have a few favorite products that we always keep in our refrigerator. We try to use coconut and almond products more than rice-based products, as those supposedly have high arsenic levels,” she wrote. “If you keep these staples on hand, you can easily make delicious snacks and meals. Whenever Kim [Kardashian] comes over, she loves the non-dairy cheese slices—and she’s not even dairy-free! We make nachos with almond cheese and you would never know the difference!”
Amongst her non-dairy go-to items include So Delicious Coconut Milk, Follow Your Heart Veganaise and Earth Balance Butter. As for cheeses, the reality star sticks to vegan-friendly products like Daiya Dairy-Free Cheddar Cheese, Lisanatti Foods Almond Milk Cheese and Follow Your Dairy-Free Cheese Slices.
