Kim Kardashian’s Paris Robbery Was Actually Thieves’ Second Attempt

Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery was in the works for a long time.

In a new preview clip for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the mom-of-two discovers the men behind the heist had tried to rob her once before — but their attempt was thwarted when they realized Kanye West was in the hotel.

Detailing her eight-hour testimony to a French judge to mom Kris Jenner, Kardashian says was able to see pictures of the culprits for the first time and hear how they planned the attack.

“I think it was really interesting to see the faces of everyone,” she says. “Just by their height and weight, I could tell who from this lineup was in the room with me. I was able to see who confessed. One of them was the guy that was in the room with me and it was very interesting to hear his story and it was pretty similar to my story.”

She continues, “It’s really interesting to see what their side of the story is and to hear the background information about how they had been following me and how they attempted to rob me the last time I was in Paris, but my husband was with me.”

Kardashian also claims some of the suspects were not speaking a lot “to get lesser charges,” but most of them were “pretty honest and did tell most of the story exactly like how it happened.”

In January, French authorities charged four suspects in connection to Kardashian’s robbery, including the 27-year-old brother of the reality star’s Paris chauffeur.

Last November, Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint while alone in her hotel room. She was bound, gagged and placed into in a bathtub while intruders stole more than $10 million’s worth in jewelry.
