Karrueche Tran Granted 5-Year Restraining Order Against Chris Brown

Karrueche Tran Claims Chris Brown Abused Her During Their Relationship
Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, has been granted a restraining order against the singer after he allegedly beat her up and threatened to kill her.

Karrueche Tran won’t have to see Chris Brown’s face for a long time.

The Claws star was granted a five-year restraining order against her ex on Thursday (June 15, 2017). After taking a stand to speak about the “Loyal” singer’s alleged abuse, a Los Angeles judge sided with the 29-year-old and ordered Chris to stay away from his former girlfriend for at least half a decade.

According to TMZ, Chris was even refused to join the hearing via phone to listen to Karrueche’s testimony.

While in court, Karrueche explained Chris started threatening her life after she refused to return the diamond rings he had bought her during their relationship. She alleged he started sending her texts reading,  “B*tch I will beat the sh*t out of you” and “I promise you I will make your life hell.”

The actress also reaffirmed her claim that her ex-boyfriend had beat her prior to their 2015 breakup.

Earlier this year, Karrueche sought out a domestic violence restraining order because she felt unsafe when Chris shared a video message vowing to stalk his ex and make her miserable. The filing also came after Chris threatened to beat up Soulja Boy when he saw that the rapper had liked an Instagram photo of Karrueche.

Previously, Chris accused Karrueche of being a THOT (“that hoe over there”) and physically forced himself into her car when the two crossed paths at a Hollywood nightclub. Since then, he was ordered to stay 100 yards away from her and her family members.
