Kourtney Kardashian may have a strict diet, but her beauty routine is easy as Sunday morning!

According to the a new post shared on her app, all it takes is a simple wash and dry to achieve her signature raven locks.

“First off, because I work out almost every day, I usually wash my hair daily too. If I skip my morning exercise, then I try to avoid washing my hair, so it doesn’t dry out,” she wrote. “I always use the same shampoo and conditioner from Rahua—and every now and then I’ll rinse my hair with apple cider vinegar, as it’s known for holding in moisture without striping your hair of its natural oils.”

When filming, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said she’ll limit her use of blow-dryers and curling irons “since that can cause split ends and dryness.”

“My hair is naturally really straight, so it’s pretty low maintenance when I air dry it (which is what I usually do when I’m on vacation),” she noted.

The 38-year-old added she sleeps on silk pillowcases to prevent her tresses from tangling throughout the night. (Fun fact: silk pillowcases have also been said to help prevent wrinkles!)

“The only other secret I have for healthy hair is I always sleep on a pillowcase made of 100 percent silk,” Kourt shared. “The natural amino acids in the silk are really good for both your skin and hair. I’ve been doing this for years and it’s one of my best beauty secrets!”
