Kim Kardashian’s “Crazy Strict Diet” Leads Today’s Star Sightings
It takes a lot of hard work and willpower achieve Kim Kardashian’s killer bod.
The 37-year-old reality star — who looked hot AF in a braless ensemble at 2017 LACMA Art + Film Gala this weekend — had her “last supper” before her “crazy strict diet” and first workout with bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara on Sunday night’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
“I’m going to start a really crazy diet. I was looking on Instagram and this body builder popped up on my page and she had gained 70 pounds in her pregnancy. Her kid’s like 6 now. She is like ripped,” she revealed. “Melissa is a trainer I found. She’s super inspiring to me and I really want to meet up with her and she if she could train me. She could help direct my food and really get me on an amazing path.”
After meeting up in New York City, where Melissa explained her diet plan is about “making food simple” and eating “fresh and good” meals,” Kim opened up her kitchen for her trainer get rid of “processed crap” like vanilla wafers, graham crackers, and rice crispy treats hidden in her cupboards.
“If I was 10 percent like her it would be life-changing,” Kim mused. “It’s mostly food. I gotta have this lifestyle. I gotta try.”
Well, it certainly looks like all that hard work paid off!
