Salma Hayek: Still 'Rock'ing on '30 Rock'

New York's Rockefeller Center was even brighter than usual Thursday.  Celestial orb Salma Hayek was in the complex to film a scene with Alec Baldwin, 50, for the NBC sitcom 30 Rock.

Hayek was hand-picked to guest on the show by series creator and star Tina Fey, 38.

Unlike the many other recent guest stars on the show—Jennifer Aniston, Oprah Winfrey and Jerry Seinfeld among them—Hayek has a recurring role. The 42-year-old Ugly Betty producer is playing Elisa, a love interest of Baldwin's character, Machiavellian network bigwig Jack Donaghy. The actress began filming with the series in October.

Smart move; Tina Fey. More Salma Hayek is always a good thing. Pretty much everybody knows that.
