A Long Island family court judge has okayed rapper 50 Cent to spend additional time with his son Marquise.

50 and his ex Shaniqua Tompkins were in court for a custody hearing yesterday. The rapper/water mogul was allowed unrestricted time to see Marquise from Aug 3 to 12. The decree was handed down after 50 and Tompkins submitted to drug testing.

The rapper and his ex have had an extremely contentious split. The Long Island house they were arguing over burned down in May. With Tompkins and Marquise, 11, in it. Luckily, neither were injured.

Shaniqua Tompkins must be the bravest woman in the world. 50 told her that he didn't want her in that house, and then it mysteriously burned down. She's still going after the insurance money. Wear Kevlar to court, honey!
