Is that some sun in your eye, Nick Jonas, or are you giving us a little wink?
The Jonas Brothers hunk (and Mr. Sunshine rock star) was in a cheerful mood when he was spotted running errands in Los Angeles on Tuesday, February 22. Nick, 18, looked dapper in a black tuxedo blazer  as he winked and smiled at the photogs who were gathering around him.
Nick is currently gearing up for a performance at the White House on Thursday, February 24, where he will take part in a special concert honoring Motown artists for Black History Month.

 Poor Justin Bieber: He may be a box office success thanks to his new film, Never Say Never, but the young pop star still can’t land his crush Rihanna.
The 16-year-old pop star joked about getting shot down by Rihanna, 23, at the NBA All-Star game last weekend.
“I asked her out,” Justin says. “It didn’t go so well, since I’m not with her. I asked her out and she was basically like, ‘You’re too young’.”
Well, she does have a point! Rihanna is roughly six years older than the “Baby” hit-maker and any their hypothetical romance would raise eyebrows, to say the least. Besides, Rihanna has no trouble landing men: The “Rude Boy” songbird has recently been linked to Drake, Colin Farrel and Ryan Phillippe.

Us Weekly reports that Rihanna and Ryan, 36, have been secretly hooking up “for months” despitre recent reports that RiRi shot the actor down during a Grammy Awards party. Ryan was later spotted at Rihanna’s 23rd birthday bash at a private house near Los Angeles.
(Celebuzz reached out to Rihanna and Ryan’s reps for comment but did not receive a response by press time.)
This most recent rejection probably won’t be enough to cool Bieber off of Rihanna – the young star has repeatedly asked out RiRi in the past and she has continued to turn him down.

The blonde superstar was spotted at Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday night sporting a cute striped top, red skirt … and her other most-used accessory: The number 13 painted on her hand. What’s that all about? Taylor explained in 2009: “I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first #1 song had a 13-second intro … Every time I’ve won an award I’ve been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section or row M, which is the 13th letter.” That explains why her Twitter name is TaylorSwift13! Halle Berry and Sarah Hyland absolutely wowed the crowds of photographers and onlookers as they made their way into the fashion-focused party. Berry was clad in a red Elie Saab Haute Couture dress while Modern Family starlet Hyland rocked a WTB (White Trash Beautiful) dress that showed off her back and sides.Berry is currently involved in a nasty custody battle with her ex, Gabriel Aubry, as both fight for legal rights to their daughter Nahla.

Whoa there, doggy! Hayden Panettiere was spotted getting some attention from a canine fan while lunching with friends in Venice Beach on Tuesday, February 22.
The Heroes beauty got a couple of licks from an over-excited pit bull who was chained up near the star’s chair. It’s easy to see why the dog couldn’t resist licking Hayden’s face – the petite actress looked stunning in a low-cut pink top and leggings.
Maybe the dog was merely a fan of Lifetime Original Movies? Hayden’s latest film, Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy, premiered on Lifetime on Monday, February 21.

 Natalie Portman is living the dream: She’s the hands-on favorite to win an Oscar this weekend, she’s engaged and expecting, and now she’s officially the face of Miss Dior.
Portman, who stands a great chance of winning an Academy Award on Sunday for Best Actress thanks to her Black Swan role, looks as seductive as ever in the steamy new ad for the perfume. In the commercial, Portman is seen with an unzipped dress deciding what to wear, and then later on romantically kissing and embracing her male co-star.
Portman announced in late December that she was engaged to her Swan co-star Benjamin Millepied, and that the two were expecting a child together. While the couple hasn’t given a due date for the child, Portman’s growing belly has been on full display during awards season, causing many to think she’s due in the coming months.

 Billy Ray Cyrus is trying to mend his relationship with daughter Miley Cyrus after telling GQ magazine that he was “sacred” for her well-being.
Billy Ray, 49, tells People magazine that his comments in GQ were “explosive, and unintentionally so” and that he is now focusing his time on mending his relationship with his children and his estranged wife, Tish Cyrus.
Last week, Billy Ray told GQ magazine that he “never made a dime” off of his daughter (a claim that a source at Disney called “ludicrous“) and that his family was bring attacked by Satan.

Miley was reportedly “furious” over Billy Ray’s comment and a source connected with her camp likened Billy Ray to the notoriously press-happy Michael Lohan.
Billy Ray is now reportedly spending his time with 11-year-old daughter Noah Cyrus and his soon-to-be-ex wife, Tish. Billy Ray and Tish filed for divorce in 2010.
“My family is the most important thing I have, and we are working together to make sure our future is stronger and healthier,” Cyrus told People. “It is all a learning process, and we thank everyone for their support and respect of our privacy as we sort through very important family issues.”

 Look out, Kristen Stewart — there’s a new lady singing the praises of Robert Pattinson!
Reese Witherspoon, who shares the screen with R-Pattz in Water for Elephants (coming out in April), gushes over the handsome Twilight hunk in a new interview with ET, saying:
“I am so lucky. He’s so amazing and wonderful and sweet and just the nicest guy too, so you can just add that to the soup. I mean, he’s just so good looking and he’s a really nice person.”Pattinson agrees that the two have great chemistry together, even joking about the love scenes that are still not filmed and how they’ll likely play out.
