Has success already gone to Adam Lambert‘s guylinered head?
MSNBC reports that American Idol runner-up Lambert has been acting the brat during his publicity tour, making him nearly impossible to work with.
“He is such a diva. Rude to everyone—from fans right down to the lighting folks,” complains one person who was unfortunate enough to work with him.”
Another behind-the-scenes insider, who worked with Lambert during a stop in New York, notes, “A-list celebrities have come through here and been infinitely more polite.”
In light of this news, one music producer strongly suggests that Lambert should change his attitude posthaste, lest his career experience dire consequences.
“No one sells that many records these days to be able to get away with that kind of behavior,” the producer cautions. “To be a success you need literally everyone in your corner.”

Take it from the rest of the top 13, all who have nothing but nice things to say about Adam who helped them pick their songs. Take it from Rickey Minor, the background band on AI who Adam often gave shout-outs too. Take it from Michael Slezak of Entertainment Weekly who says of his 5-part interview with Adam †I can’t speak for other outlets, but Adam was absolutely delightful when he visited the Idolatry set. Heckuva nice guy!†Take it from Adam’s fans who give Adam gifts, especially necklaces and jewellery and how Adam consistently wears them to interviews to show his appreciation.

How about we let him have a little time and space to actually create a cd. Then we can sit in judgement. Consider the source, or lack thereof. Adam Lambert is one of the nicest people on the planet. Why would you stoop to this low? I’ve seen every interview he’s had on tape. I’ve talked with people who know him from San Diego. This is all crap and everyone out there knows it. Dirty Journalizim. You should be ashamed.
You need to print a retraction, a balanced “report” or shut down your site. There is so much overwhelming evidence of Adam’s politeness and good reputation as a gracious person. And those quotes have names to associate them with. This one unsubstatiated RUMOR has been reprinnted as NEWS in countless trashy pseudo news reports like yours. Shame on you. Get a life and be responsible. Adam is surely human, but he also deserves the respect you give to any other person.
Why is this trash, libelous story still circulating? It is obviously fabricated. Every time this story pops up, a myriad of people – people who worked with Adam – disclaim this story. WTF?!
Dirt, dirt, dirt! You’d think for someone who has a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University that Courtney Hazlett would have written an “article” with more class. Instead, she resorted to tabloid trash and desperate lies to get her one minute of fame. Shame on her and shame on MSNBC for releasing that “article” and keeping her employed. The name of her gossip column should be changed from “The Scoop” to “The Poop”. I am a HUGE Adam Lambert fan. And, having spent HOURS watching interviews upon interviews with Adam, time after time after time, he has consistently and genuinely been the ultimate gentleman – intelligent, kind, funny, articulate, and honest. After singing on Regis & Kelly, you can hear him in the background thanking them and telling them how much he appreciated being on their show. Adam is a multi-talented, creative/artistic genius. I LOVE what I hear, I LOVE what I see, and I LOVE how Adam’s voice makes me feel. I can’t wait to get those front row seats to HIS (not American Idol’s) first (of many) concerts!
Does anyone have a Blog or Site where they can write a Story that would come up in an “Adam Lambert” Google search to Correct this mis-information?
The best way to combat MSNBC and Ms Courtney Hazlett (who wrote this angry blog) is to Write a Story about how some “unnamed sources” said that Ms Hazlett wrote this article in a Fit of Rage because:
1) She couldn’t get an Interview with Adam Lambert (Adam’s publicist had him on a tight schedule in NYC, knew Adam didn’t have Time for the interview, and knew Ms Hazlett was Not a Credible journalist) and,
2) Her favorite contestant didn’t win the show and she blames Adam.
That’s the story *I* was told… but I’m not going to name my sources…
The diva rumors are totally true. I saw Adam out and about in Hollywood the other day and he pushed over a baby stroller that got in his way. Then he spit on the baby and kicked a puppy. True story.

This article is such a lie and proves how low people are willing go in order to take a well deserved spotlight off this talented young man. Let’s face it, he’s had more positive publicity than the American Idol, so I’m not surprised that all of the so called “sources” are popping out of the woodwork to bash him. I have heard nothing but great things about Adam from those who are working with him, so I say don’t buy into this bs journalism.

It has come to our notice that the recently spate of attacks against Mr. Lambert by MSNBC reporter Courtney Hazlette is a result of unrequited love. An unnamed source at the media company has reported that Ms. Hazlette has been extremely bitter and resentful towards Mr. Lambert soon after pictures of him in the company of a gentleman “friend” surfaced on the Internet. According to the source, “Courtney has been obsessing about Adam all day long. She devours every bit of information about him and watches his American Idol rendition of ‘I can’t get no satisfaction’ 50 times a day”.
In light of this news, one psychologist strongly suggests that Ms. Hazlette should change her behavior. “Understandably, it must be disappointing that he will never be attracted to her. But she should change her attitude lest her career as a journalist suffers dire consequences”.
This is so untrue. I was not one of the staffs in thesupport crew but I was there almost everyday to take care of man dine work so I do see and hear things. First of all, everyone one there are very nice people, the finalists and the crews member. Adam is just a sweetheart, he never talks down to anyone including workers like me and my co-workers. Even it is obvious he was under stress, he always keeps his manner to people around him.
It is unfortunate to see how media loves dirt including making it up…

I take on this is a FALSE accusation once again about Adam Lambert. First of all it was not Adam was rude but the american idol PR that take these contestatns to TV appearance etc. They are the one that is rude and pulling Adam’s arms, Adam actually try to sign autograph and the AI publicist did not allow Adam and told him to go. While Adam was trying to apologize to the fans. I can guarantee you Adam is mad to the Idol PR not the fans. I have a lot of gay friends and most of them are perfectionists. They are very articulate and very specific to what they want. It is nothing wrong with that. By the way, Hazlett was seen leaving a prominent psychologist’s office recently. A protected source at the office said that she is being treated for a compulsive lying disorder, and unresolved hostility issues. A magazine editor has commented that a journalist with these conditions was unlikely to remain employed by any responsible reporting agency, but might find work at the National Enquirer, or MSNBC.

I have a friend who works at the Today Show and she said that Adam was so unbelievable polite to everyone when he was there. She said he went out the way to talk to people in the crowd, sign autographs etc. This reporter needs to print a retraction!! Did anyone notice how in a video shown this week with Adam and Drake walking down the street in Venice how Adam said “Thanks” to the annoying “Papparazzo” when he was getting into his car. This guy was being a jerk, following them, sticking a camera in their faces and asking annoying questions….Adam handled it beautifully and even said “Thanks”!! Not sure any of us would have responded as nicely!! Adam is a class act, unlike this reporter!!

I’m not an autograph seeker, so all I said to him was “I really enjoyed you on AI and think you are an incredible singer” and he looked at me as if I had 3 heads and totally ignored me, ACTUALLY he “looked right through me…” When 2 other people spotted him and were foolish enough to ask for his autograph, he stormed off in a hissy fit!! Great way to alienate fans Aiken!
