It’s one thing to be photo’d on the red carpet, another thing entirely to be stalked on a day off on the beach, for over an hour, by several paps. This one just stepped over the line. Adam was going for the camera, not tackling the pap to cause harm.

I think this is all being blown WAY out of proportion. There are two sides to every story. I doubt Adam would randomly attack a pap…there had to be some type of provocation. I hate that he gets so much negative publicity, and no one sees how talented he really is. He is an amazing artist, and should be recognized as such. WE LOVE YOU ADAM!

Adam let him hang out with him and his friends for A WHOLE HOUR. What more was he supposed to do? Good for him! I love how he stands up for himself and what’s right!

Bothered over an hour by this guy. Tried to give him pics in the beginning but the guy wouldn’t quit.

The Paparazzi are never satsified. They have no respect for anyone. Adam was not trying to hurt the guy. The photos clearly show that. Adam is going for the camera. Adam is justified. He gives his all on stage. He deserves privacy when he isn’t performing.

Adam is so gracious about letting fans take photos. The paparazzi need to lay off of him when he is taking a break! He’s been working his butt off all Summer and deserves to be able to relax in peace without the paparazzi bothering him.

If only media would also choose to publish all the great things Adam has done for Donors Choose and the fact that he has one of the only (maybe the only?) sold-out national and international tours of the year. Why is this so much more news-worthy?

The REAL “wuss” here is the photog….for filing a complaint for battery, lmao! The photos CLEARLY show him smiling (laughing, even) as Adam tries to either get his camera or trip or run him off..not quite sure what.. but truthfully…Adam realizes, even at the time, how redic and funny the whole incident is…he really doesn’t look pissed off, lol!
I think it’s kinda cool that Adam interacted with them in ANY way! And yeah….no baseball bat, golf club or weapon of any kind was used and clearly, by all accounts, Adam was provoked for almost an hour or longer.
As they say though, any press is good, as long as they spell your name right! This is just a small “blip” on the giant screen that is now his life on the “A” list! He has ARRIVED! ;D
