Adnan Ghalib is in a win win situation. The paparazzo who bagged Britney Spears when she was in her crazy spiral is about to have a big pay day for recording their fluid exchange. The buyer? Could be Britney herself, according to the Sun.

"Her lawyers have been told to do whatever it takes to stop the video making it onto the Internet," a source told the paper.

Doing whatever it takes may mean paying Adnan to deny the tape ever existed.

The scuzzy pap has claimed the existence of a sex tape for months, even facing down death threats from Brit fans. 

Yet today, suddenly, Star reports Adnan claiming that no such tape exists.

"There is no sex tape," Adnan told Star, "and I've never claimed there is one."

Oh, really? Seems like only yesterday the Sun reported Adnan was looking for the highest bidder. Maybe he found one.

Well-played, Satan. Would someone just stab him already? Again.
