You can't keep a good woman down. So what chance would anyone have of keeping a woman like Amy Winehouse down?

The 25-year-old "Rehab" singer—who split with her husband/enabler Blake Fielder-Civil in November—appears to have jumped back on the relationship horse, according to People magazine. (Hey, it's a much better horse than she could be on.)

Still on her extended vacation on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, a filled-out Amy was spotted in the no-doubt-wary embrace of former rugby player and aspiring actor Joshua Bowman.

"She's just a cool girl, very nice, and we're just very friendly,"  21-year-old Bowman says of his new gal-pal. "She's a good laugh—she is such a lovely girl and on great form. I can't say much more than that."

No doubt, JB; that Amy's more fun than a barrel of junkies monkeys. And clearly, the woman has really flipped for you too.

Neither Bowman—who formerly played for rugby team Saracens—nor his rep had further comment on the couple's relationship. Winehouse's UK rep, Chris Goodman, remained elusive on the matter.

"She has been enjoying herself on her break and meeting lots of new people. There are many like-minded people there having extended breaks," Goodman offers. "Amy is a friendly person and very sociable and behaving exactly as I would expect her to do."

Just as he would expect her to do? Come on, she's not even teaching a baby how to drink shots or anything! Dude must know a different Winehouse than the rest of the world.
