Things just keep getting worse for Amy Winehouse.

First Wino ditches her own birthday party because she's so freaked out by her crack ravaged appearance.

Second, her hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil, turns down an early release from prison to avoid rehab.

And strike three: She's being charged £25,000 for designer frocks she borrowed and puked on.

According to the Mirror, the singer is being black listed by "fashion PRs" who are tired of recieving "puke-stained outfits" that have "her little deposits [and] green, furry mold growing on them."

A source tells the newspaper, "Harvey Nichols loaned Amy £25k’s worth of silk and satin dresses. Unfortunately, while wearing one of the frocks, she went on an all-night bender. She ended up in the loos, where she was violently sick. Let’s just say it wasn’t pretty.”

It's time for this puker to pay the piper.
