Andy Dick Back in Fighting Shape?

Celebuzz sources spotted a rather refreshed Andy Dick hiking in Los Angeles' Runyon Canyon on Saturday, enjoying a robust workout with two male pales.

"He looked surprisingly well," the spy says, "he was funny without being offensive, in really good spirits. He was jokingly complaining that he didn't sign up for the hike and you could tell his body was responding."

We're told Dick was well groomed and is "getting back in fighting shape."

Perhaps we should hope he's getting back in funny shape, as the comedian has had a controversial year with felony charges of sexual battery involving a minor.

In July, Dick landed in the pokey for drug possesion and allegedly pulling down a 17 year-old girl's bra and tank top at a family restaurant outside LA.

"Andy is a great guy. People don’t really know him and we are considering this matter closed," Dick's attorney Jeffery Rubenstein said at the time, "he’s looking forward to putting this matter behind him."

Or at very least, hiking it off.
