The party-positive former Less Than Perfect star Andy Dick was arrested in Murrieta, California, just before 2 a.m. this morning and charged with drug possession and sexual battery.

Dick’s rap sheet already includes coke and pot possession, along with public urination.

According to the Murrieta Police Department’s press release, as Dick left Buffalo Wild Wings he allegedly approached a 17-year-old female and yanked down her tank top and bra.

Dick’s buddies tried to rush him off in a truck, but Johnny Law quickly apprehended them. A search turned up pot and Xanax in the comedian’s pants pockets.  

The police report characterizes Dick as “extremely intoxicated” at the time of his arrest.

Which is about as surprising as finding out that Jennifer Lopez is a tyrannical boss.
