Angelina and Brad Deliver Twin Girls!
And babies make eight. The Jolie-Pitt clan has just doubled its pleasure, with Angelina giving birth to twin girls on May 25, well ahead of the “leaked” due date of Aug. 19. The babies were born at a Catholic clinic in the Aix-en-Provence region of France. French gossip sites are reporting the girls will be called Isla Marcheline and Amelie Jane in honor of the girls’ grandmothers—lovely monikers compared with the rumored “Castor” and “Pollux” of mama Angelina’s birth sign.
A source tells ET Online, “Babies are great and so is mom.”
The newbies become the fifth and sixth children for Angelina and Brad Pitt, joining sibs Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and Shiloh, 2. The family been nesting in France while doing press for Ang’s two new movies, Kung Fu Panda and Changeling, at the Cannes Film Festival.
Now show biz will have to wait while the entire clan tends to the new arrivals.
