Anne Hathaway may be the eternal romantic optimist, but in practice her boyfriend-choosing skills may leave a lot to desired.

First the Devil Wears Prada actress hooked up with Raffaello Follieri, 30, who's currently serving hard time for an elaborate real-estate swindle.

Now 26-year-old Anne has a new guy, actor Adam Shulman (best known for his role in last year's The Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning), and the New York Post reports that she seems to have stepped in the relationship dung pile once again.

"Adam is known as an opportunist," a source tells the paper of Shulman, 27, who was recently seen spending recreational time with Hathaway in New Orleans. "When he was at Brown [University], he went after all the heiresses. It's like Anne is addicted to losers."

A rep for Shulman had no comment for the Post, perhaps because the rep was trying to help his client think of ways to bilk his new lady-love.

Poor Anne; her upcoming roles notwithstanding, her love life is no wonderland right now.
