Anne Hathaway was out for a stroll in New York City Wednesday, looking extremely carefree and ready for the leaves to turn as she gabbed away on her cell phone.

The actress, who is receiving positive reviews for her turn as a junkie ex-model in Jonathan Demme's Rachel Getting Married, looked like her relationship troubles were a thing of the past.

Hathaway's ex Rafaello Follieri has pled guilty to charges of money laundering and wire fraud. He's the guy who was involved in shady real estate deals while posing as an emissary of the Vatican.

Hathaway seems to have escaped unscathed, despite the FBI relieving her of her personal diary and other items and rumors that she had to tell the Feds everything she knew.

Anne allegedly broke things off with Follieri merely hours before his arrest.

It appears as though she's moved on, and is perhaps on the phone with someone new. Tell Josh Lucas Raffey says hi, Annie!
