It's no easy feat to out-glam comedic dreamboat Steve Carell, but Anne Hathaway did the trick at Monday night's Get Smart premiere in Westwood, California.

The big-screen remake of the '60s TV classic puts Carell in the role of inept snooper Maxwell Smart, and Hathaway portrays his competent and far sexier partner, Agent 99.

Anne kept her smile on high beams throughout the evening, despite upheaval in her house of love.

The Daily Mail reports that the Devil Wears Prada star has dumped longtime boyfriend Raffaello Follieri. Raffaello's legal entanglements had threatened to tarnish Anne's more-pure-than-Katherine Heigl image.

Plus, Anne apparently didn't like the idea of date night being restricted to a conjugal visit.

Bet Raffi's gonna miss her by more than that much.

“Last night Anne Hathaway dragged herself away from the kleenex box, the pint of ice cream, and the Rabbit long enough to make her first public appearance since dumping loser boyfriend Raffaello Follierei.

I call Raffaello a 'loser' simply because that's what the other bloggers are saying and because I know nothing else about him. Except that he's probably really good in bed. And would probably know hot to kiss my neck in that particularly Latin way that results in tingles all the way to my toes. (I exaggerate not, ladies. Actually, I did read up a little and discovered some pretty legit reasons to believe that Raffaello sucks. Like the fact that he was probably using his charity organization to swindle money out of people. The Daily Mail reports:

Raffaello's other delightful offenses include bouncing checks, flirting with other women (especially models), and being completely self-absorbed.

Oh, Raffaello! If only you could translate your passion for lovemaking into love.

Despite their split, it remains to be seen if the separation is permanent.
Follieri often visited Hathaway on the Boston set of her upcoming movie Bride Wars, but they were regularly spotted arguing by crew members.
A friend said: 'They fought so much while Anne was making the movie, she genuinely started to wonder if the relationship was worth all the pain.'

They go on to say he was using what little fame he had to meet models so he could have sex with them. It's not clear if his plan worked. Just between us, if you can get the models onto your boat and then drug them, that works pretty good too.”
