One Tree Hill's Antwon Tanner Faces Social Security Scheme Charges

Here's a new one in the annals of celebrity crime.

The Associated Press reports that Antwon Tanner, who plays Skills Taylor on One Tree Hill, pleaded not guilty of participating in a Social Security scheme in New York on Thursday.

Tanner, 34, is suspected of supplying 16 Social Security numbers and three fake SS cards to middleman between December 2005 and July 2008. The actor and his attorney have not publicly commented on the matter.

If convicted, Tanner faces up to five years in prison.
