Lindsay Lohan‘s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, issued a statement regarding the arrest warrant issued against Lohan for probation violation in regards to her 2007 DUI arrest.

He says: “Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the Court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week.”

D.A. spokesperson Sandi Gibbons says prosecutors were not aware of the reason behind the probation hearing. She did, however, disclose that Lohan’s attorney (Holley) notified them yesterday that the judge had ordered the meeting and that an arrest warrant might be issued.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has scheduled an 8:30 a.m. hearing on Monday at a Beverly Hills courthouse.

Hope LiLo’s attorney can wrangle her out of this one!
