Ashlee Simpson and her anti-Prop 8 husband Pete Wentz had a white trash-themed birthday throwdown for Ashlee's 24th birthday, notes People.

"Ashlee wore Daisy Dukes and platform flip-flops with a bathing suit and a fake tattoo around her belly," says one party guest of the bash, which was held at Simpson's parents' house in Encino, California.

Classy attire, Ash! Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera and Ashlee's shopping buddy Nicole Richie were all in attendance.

The mag also reports the party's food menu: Corn dogs, macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers and French fries. Maybe Britney Spears recommended a caterer.

Ashlee's dad Joe "wore a cut-off muscle T-shirt and a mullet wig... Jessica was wearing a crazy leopard-print dress that showed off a lot of cleavage."

So in other words, Jessica didn't realize it was a costume party?

    I think ashlee is a great artist, and who cares what she had at her party? sheesh! she's pregnant and, she got what she wanted. jerks.
