Ashlee Simpson's Long and Flowy Fib

Over the past few weeks, Ashlee Simpson has been spotted all across Los Angeles sporting the newest Hollywood trend: long, colorful dresses.

No one is denying how hot she looks these days, glowing and pregnant. But there seems to be something wrong with this picture.

In a February 2008 Buzznet interview, she was asked her opinion on the next big trend, to which she immediately replied, "I'm hoping that the trend of all the really flowy, big dresses go away."

Uh-Oh, Ashlee. No one likes a liar.

She does say that she likes the menswear look on women. Pete apparently loves the opposite.

Hmm...well, she is with baby, so she's off the hook—for now.

I remember seeing that interview. I guess people just really need to watch what they say in the end.
