Bucking the old-school fashion rule that cautions against wearing horizontal stripes, Ashlee Simpson delibertately places her pregnancy on display.

Dressed like a woman facing a nine month sentence, young Mrs. Pete Wentz shows her solidarity with her new husband by adopting his quirky style sense. In fact, it even looks as if Ashlee is planning on carrying her Alice in Wonderland wedding theme throughout her pregnancy.

The expecting mother has been seen sporting some very fetching empire waisted gowns that show off her growing assets, but this ensemble is definitely inspired by her black, white and red-loving twinsie Pete.
